Charlotte Danielson: A Panel Discussion on Mentoring and Teacher Leadership

Join us at a special event on April 19 at the Iowa Department of Education to hear from a panel featuring Charlotte Danielson to discuss the use of her newest framework in Iowa called, the Six Clusters. The Six Clusters represent the "big ideas" from her widely adopted Framework for Teaching to promote the professional growth of teachers through reflection and conversation between instructional coaches, mentors, and teachers. She will also discuss her model for teacher leadership that suggest multiple pathways to support the Teacher Leadership Compensation program. Charlotte is joined by Iowa districts participating in the Innovation Collaborative that have been using the Six Clusters in their mentoring and induction programs.
